In the HR world we use grade sheets for comp analysis. A report to supply the job title, grade, and FLSA status would be useful. I create a job code/job title and grade in the system but unable to report out on all the positions in the database.
Why not allow the system to report out on all the positions not just the ones populated with employees. I have to manually track all of the job codes, job titles, grades in an excel spreadsheet.
