Currently when a message is created in EWS, or when leave is submitted, requested, etc, the Manager or other user must login to EWS to even know they have something waiting for them. I understand this was probably created with the assumption that people would login every day. Ours do not.
If they could receive an email notification specifying 'You have a new message' or 'You have a new request' or even an email that contains a copy of the actual message. If not the actual message, it could also contain the user name or last name of the person making the request.
