Enhance the Trial Balance format to allow columns much in the same manner as the General Ledger reports. My organization's IPA requires the Trial Balance in a format with columns for Fund, Account and Cost Center. I run a report in Budgets to get revenue and expense accounts in this format and then must manually input balance sheet accounts. I have been preparing this manual report since 2007 annually. It is very time consuming. Each year, I contact the support department to see if there has been any enhancements to the Trial Balance formats, and each year I am told there has not been in the way I require.
