When managers add time for an employee that uses a punch in/punch out form is would be helpful to allow the manager to designate the actual time in/out. DOL requires this punch information, it would be ideal to have it in the software versus tracking manually. Example: An employee fails to close a punch, does not return to work for two or more days, manager would re-enter the day worked with a punch in at 8am/out 5pm.
