Filter out leave codes that are not set up on the staff's leave tab in leave requests. Otherwise we will have many data entry errors.
We are implementing and I talked to Abila support about this issue and they acted like I'm just stupid for having multiple leave codes that do not apply to all employees. We have 8 different wage GL codes and each employee is assigned to one of those GL codes. Their wages, bonuses, PTO, Holiday, etc all have to be able to feed to the correct GL account. Employees do not know their GL code and having so many leave request codes is massively confusing. Leave entry matches those we set up on their HR tab, why can't leave request codes?
