Please add additional options to HR > Mass Updates. Specifically the ability to add new Earnings Code, Leave Code, Benefit/Deductions and/or Benefit Plans, etc to employee records. We currently have the ability to Mass Update commonly used Web Settings, this would be a natural extension of that process.
In a new plan year adding codes to all employees records takes considerable time, if codes are year or vendor specific, they could change annually and this would yield significant time savings.
