I would like to see an option to "save and send emails later" for payroll vouchers, whereby I could delay sending the emails until after I've done the direct deposit process. If something goes wrong with the file, or the file is delayed for some reason by the bank, I've already notified staff that their payroll will be available on a certain date. Being able to delay the send emails option until after I've done direct deposit would alleviate that potential problem. Right now, I have only two options: send or cancel. If I cancel, all emails "go away" and I have no chance to send them later.
