MIP Ideas Portal

Instead of the document dates effecting bank reconciliations, I would like it to be effective dates. MIP should reconcile to the posted entries in a given period and not the document dated entries.

I totally agree.      Having a document date determine when an amount hits a bank reconciliation just doesn't make any sense.     The date an item posts to a bank reconciliation should only be based on the effective date of the transaction.

It's easy to clear a deposit that appears complete, but isn't due to an erroneous effective date, thereby creating an unlocated difference.      I hope you modify your program soon to eliminate this anomaly.

When you are going to arrange your documents always try to store them with dates so you remember your records. I always get this type of tips from https://www.assignmenthelper.com.au/law-assignment-help/ because they are providing management courses.
