Allow plan options on rate table in Benefit Enrollment for percent based plans with multiple rows

Submitted on behalf of customer - 24243. Some customers use benefit plan rate tables that do not use SQL scripting. Instead, they build the table manually, usually with many rows. In Benefit Enrollment, a percent based plan, such as retirement, will only read the first row. This limits options or forces customer to convert to SQL based scripting or exclude the plan from the enrollment process. An example of the table in question is attached below. This setup is used sometimes with Life, AD&D and retirement.

The post is interesting. It mentions that let plan options on rate table in Benefits Enrollment for percent based plans with multiple rows. A lot of customers bring into play benefit plan rate tables that do not make use of SQL scripting. As an alternative, they build the table manually, generally with many rows.
