Submitted on behalf of customer - 24243. Some customers use benefit plan rate tables that do not use SQL scripting. Instead, they build the table manually, usually with many rows. In Benefit Enrollment, a percent based plan, such as retirement, will only read the first row. This limits options or forces customer to convert to SQL based scripting or exclude the plan from the enrollment process. An example of the table in question is attached below. This setup is used sometimes with Life, AD&D and retirement.
