Add Disable Option for Calculate Carryover feature in HR

Although there is an option on the Leave Plan tab to indicate Calculate Carryover Not Used, this does not prevent and unintended checking of the box while running the Leave Update Wizard as a part of each payroll processing cycle. When this happens, numerous adjustments must be done to correct balance individually. Having a check box under HR > Settings > System Preferences would be a great way to make sure this doesn't happen.

    Additionally, the feature does not adjust balances, it moves overages to the default timesheet rather than performing an adjustment. This causes confusion on the employee end.
