Add FMLA Checkbox to Leave Request

We like the way EWS handles FMLA with the checkbox on Leave Entry, but we require our employees to submit a leave request in advance and want EWS to automatically create the timesheet entry (so that we don't have to audit requests to make sure people are entering their leave time on their timesheets).  We wish that the FMLA checkbox could also be added to the leave request function so that it would work the same way it does on leave entry.
