Send SMTP Emails from the Server instead of the Workstation

Send SMTP emails from the server instead of the workstation.  Organizations who have dynamic workstation IP addresses will receive error when emailing under SMTP. Error 5.7.1 (Exchange) or 5.7.60 (office365 or off prem Exchange). To resolve, they are forced to allow multiple IP addresses to send from, or send using different global user authentication (office365 only).

Add “Use Custom Credentials” setup to workstation settings/user preferences. Currently we have one custom credential entry in SMTP setup. This allows only one global user with permissions to send email. If we add the custom credentials section of the SMTP setup to a workstation settings/user preferences, this would allow authentication to happen via the email/password of the specific user. This will allow setup to optionally happen at each workstation. This could possibly eliminate 100% of the 5.7.60 errors and about 70% of the 5.7.1 errors. In the error messaging, add reference to go back and verify the password in workstation settings/user preferences

This needs to be changed. Having the email generate from the workstation breaks our ability to filter IPs connecting to the SMTP server.
